Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in their service agreement. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Search engine optimization involves inherent uncertainty. We make no guarantee of specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. Search engine algorithms change frequently and are outside our control.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services for accounts with outstanding balances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Illucrum LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Illucrum LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
Our services may reference third-party tools and platforms. We are not responsible for their terms, privacy practices, or performance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Illucrum LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
