Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026 · Illucrum LLC

We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) so we can measure site performance and the effectiveness of our marketing. We do not sell your data, and we keep data collection to what is necessary to run the business.

1. What We Collect

We collect two categories of information:

Information you provide directly when you contact us or engage our services:

  • Your name and email address (if provided)
  • Your website URL (for audit purposes)
  • Any business information you share during our engagement
  • WhatsApp or Telegram messages sent to our business accounts

Information collected automatically when you visit illucrum.com, via Google Tag Manager and the tags it loads:

  • Device and browser information (type, operating system, screen size, language)
  • Truncated IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
  • Pages visited, referring URL, time on page, and on-site interactions (clicks, scroll depth)
  • Cookie-based identifiers used by Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to recognise returning visitors, measure conversions, and support remarketing

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information you provide to deliver the services you’ve requested: SEO audits, website optimisation, or web builds. We use information collected automatically to understand how visitors use the site, measure the performance of our marketing campaigns, and improve our content and offers. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies loaded through Google Tag Manager (container ID GTM-MRLGLHC5). The specific tools in use are:

  • Google Tag Manager — a tag loader that does not itself collect analytics data, but deploys the tags below.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — measures site usage, traffic sources, and content performance. GA4 sets cookies (e.g., _ga, _ga_*) and processes a truncated IP address.
  • Google Ads — measures conversions from paid advertising and supports remarketing audiences. Google Ads sets cookies such as _gcl_* and may set NID/IDE on the google.com and doubleclick.net domains.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can manage Google Ads personalisation at Google Ads Settings. Most browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract — to deliver audits and services you’ve ordered.
  • Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries and keep our website secure.
  • Consent — for analytics and advertising cookies, where required by law. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies or using the opt-out tools listed above.

5. Data Retention

We retain audit data and client communications for the duration of our engagement plus 12 months, after which data is deleted. Analytics data in Google Analytics 4 is retained for the default period set in our GA4 property. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Services and International Transfers

We rely on third-party services to run this website and our business. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Google LLC (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) — see Google Privacy Policy.
  • WhatsApp and Telegram (messaging) — governed by their respective privacy policies.
  • Clutch.co (embedded review widget, where present) — subject to Clutch’s privacy policy.

Google may process data in the United States and other countries outside the EEA/UK. Transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at szymon.kokot@illucrum.com.

8. Contact

For privacy-related questions, contact us at szymon.kokot@illucrum.com or via WhatsApp.
