These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Illucrum LLC (“Illucrum,” “we,” “us”) to clients (“you,” “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Illucrum provides SEO audit reports, website optimisation, and web design/build services. Our audit services are offered in three types:

3. Payment

Payment is due in full before audit work begins. We accept payment via bank transfer or agreed payment methods. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

Audit reports are delivered within the timeframes stated on our pricing page (typically 3–8 business days depending on the audit type and tier). Delivery timelines begin once full payment is received and any required information (e.g., website URL, business description) has been provided.

5. Refund Policy

Because each audit involves significant manual work, we do not offer refunds after the audit has been started. If you are unsure whether an audit is right for your business, please contact us before purchasing, we will provide an honest recommendation.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery and full payment, the audit report becomes your property. You may use it internally, share it with third parties, or implement its recommendations as you see fit. Illucrum retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated data from audits for internal research and service improvement.

7. Limitation of Liability

SEO audit results and recommendations do not guarantee specific ranking improvements. Search engine algorithms change frequently and results depend on many factors outside our control. Illucrum’s liability is limited to the fee paid for the service in question.
